Arlington - Ballston Window-Washer Rescue

One side of a window-washing platform collapsed about 4 stories up near the CACI building about 20 minutes ago - at least 10 apparatus were brought to bear on the issue - the long hook-and-ladder wasn't able to reach - about 3 feet short; finally a larger ladder was brought in against the side of the building; all 3 window washers were rescued....
